Mix It Yourself:

Ingredients:
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz beet juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz ginger syrup
1 teaspoon activated charcoal powder
1 pinch salt

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well and pour into glass over ice. Garnish with lemon wheel. Enjoy!

1 Part Cruzan® Black Cherry Rum
1 Part Cherry Liqueur
Lime Wedges
Mint Sprig
Black Cherries

Pack rocks glass with shaved ice. Slowly pour chilled spirits over the ice. Squeeze juice of lime on top. Garnish with sprig of mint and a black cherry.

1.5 oz Grey Goose Cherry Noir Flavored Vodka
3.5 oz Cola
0.5 oz Grenadine

Add all the ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice.

2 parts Maestro Dobel® Diamante™
½ part agave syrup
½ part fresh lime

Rim old fashioned glass with black salt.
In cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice in salted glass.

1.5 oz Black Fig Vodka
1 oz Chambord
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 Blackberries

In a cocktail shaker, combine Black Fig Vodka, Chambord, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup.

Pack the shaker with ice. Shake and strain in to a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh blackberries.

2.5 oz Black Fig Vodka
0.5 oz Soda Water
Twist Lemon
Splash Ginger Beer (optional)

Pour Black Fig Vodka over ice in a glass, add soda water, and twist of lemon. Splash of ginger beer if desire. Stir.

2.5 oz Black Fig Vodka
0.5 oz St. Germain or Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
1 Lemon Wedge

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Black Fig Vodka, St Germain, and the lemon wedge squeezed and dropped. Pack with ice and shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and top with splash of Prosecco.

Mix It Yourself:

2.5 oz Black Fig Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Agave Nector
0.5 oz Fernet Branca
12 Fresh Mint Leaves (plus a small sprig for garnish)
1 cup Crushed ice
As Needed Soda Water

In 10 oz glass (highball), stir lime juice and agave. Add 1/4 cup crushed ice. Rub mint leaves over rim of glass, then tear leaves and add to glass. Stir and add Black Fig Vodka, crushed ice, and club soda. Stir and then tuck mint sprigs into top of glass, add Fernet Branca or Averna to top of crushed ice.

1 oz Black Fig Vodka
1 oz Rye Whiskey or Bourbon
1 Sugar Cube (or 1/4 oz Simple Syrup)
3-4 Dashes Bitters
1 Orange Peel
1 Cherry

Place sugar cube (or simple syrup) in old Fashioned glass and saturate with bitters.
Add a dash of water with the orange peel and muddle.
Fill the glass with ice. Add Black Fig Vodka and whiskey or bourbon.
Garnish with cherry."

3-4 dashes Bitters

Directions:

Place sugar cube or simple syrup in an old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters. Add orange peel with a dash of water and muddle. Add vodka, whiskey, and ice. Lightly stir and garnish with a cherry.

1 oz Canadian Club Whisky
1 oz Sloe gin
.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with cracked ice.
Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a cherry and half an orange slice.

Ingredients
2.5 oz. Tito’s Vodka
4 Small pieces of fresh ginger
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
10 -12 Fresh blackberries

Directions

In a shaker 1/3 full of ice, add Tito’s, fresh lemon juice and fresh ginger; muddle until ginger is broken down.
Add 8-10 fresh blackberries and muddle until the color of the liquid has darkened to a deep purple.
Add ice and shake until very cold.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Skewer lemon peel and 2 fresh blackberries for garnish.

Ingredients:
510 mg Activated charcoal (two 260mg capsules)
1 oz Honey syrup
1.75 oz Fresh lime juice
2.25oz Beet juice

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, break apart the charcoal capsules and discard the outer layer.
2. Whisk together the charcoal and honey syrup until combined (it will be jet black in color).
3. In a shaker, combine the charcoal-honey syrup with the remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
4. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

1oz Amaro
2oz Rye Whiskey
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions:

In a shaker full of ice, add all the ingredients. Stir until cold, strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

2 parts Kraken Original
2 Lime Slices
Muddled Mint Leaves
1 tbsp. Sugar
top with Soda

In a Collins glass, add mint leaves, sugar and lime. Gently muddle the mint leaves, careful not to bruise. Add rum and stir to incorporate sugar thoroughly. Add ice and soda and stir gently to incorporate.

2 oz Vodka
1 oz Kahlua

Pour both ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir, and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
(This recipe renders a fairly dry version of the drink. You can use more Kahlúa and less vodka to make a sweeter version.).

Ingredients:
2 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
​2 grilled pineapple rings

Directions:
1. Muddle the grilled pineapple with the Rum and pineapple juice, add ice, coconut cream and shake vigorously. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass with honey and roll in seasoned toasted coconut shavings (optional).
2. Double strain the cocktail into the glass. (This recipe can also be blended with 1 ½ cups of ice for a frozen version.)

1½ oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
½ oz Green Chartreuse
½ oz Lemon Juice
5 Blackberries

Muddle blackberries then add remaining ingredients. Shake and pour in a collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with mint and blackberries.

¾ oz Bourbon
½ oz Lemon Juice

1. Prep honey water by mixing equal parts hot water and honey.

2. Shake ingredients vigorously and pour into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

3 Parts Sweet & Sour Mix
1 Maraschino Cherry

Directions:

Add tequila, Cointreau, orange juice, bitters and agave into a shaker. Add ice and shake for a few seconds. Add food coloring and shake for another 10 seconds, or until chilled. Strain into a black salt rimmed glass.
