Ingredients:
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Blackberry Brandy
5 Blackberries
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Club Soda
Directions:
Gently muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the bourbon, brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup and some ice cubes. Shake until cold. Pour into a glass and top with the club soda. Garnish with blackberry and a lemon wheel.

2 Cucumber
10 Mint
3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
2 1/2 ounces Ginger Beer

Directions:
Muddle blackberries, cucumber, and mint in the smaller half of a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 12 seconds. Double-strain into an ice-filled copper mule mug, pour the ginger beer down the side of the glass, and give it a gentle stir. Garnish with mint sprig.
1.5 Parts Basil Hayden's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
0.5 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 Part Simple Syrup
7 Blackberries
7 Mint Leaves
2 - 3 Parts Sparkling Wine
Muddle 6 blackberries and 6 mint leaves in a Boston Shaker with ¼ part simple syrup. In the mixing glass, combine Basil Hayden's Bourbon, lemon juice and remaining simple syrup and add to the muddled blackberries and mint leaves. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a Collins glass with fresh crushed ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a skewered mint leaf and blackberry.
1.5 oz Vena's Blackberry Stinger Bourbon Infusion*
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz Sour Simple Syrup
3 dashes Vena's Bitter Armando
Shake and pour into a lowball glass with ice and top with seltzer
Garnish with a lemon twist and two blackberries on a cocktail pick

2 oz Crown Royal
2 oz Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Blackberry Simple Syrup
2 oz Tonic Water or Sparkling Wine
Garnish with Mint, Lemon, and Fresh Blackberries
Directions:
1. In a shaker with ice, add Crown Royal, lemon juice, blackberry simple syrup.
2. Shake and strain into an ice-filled glass and top with tonic water or sparkling wine.
3. Garnish with a skewer of Mint, Lemon, and Fresh Blackberries.

1/2 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
2 oz Cranberry Juice
1 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions: Pour the gin, Cointreau and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Add a lemon twist and enjoy.
2 Parts Grapefruit Jalapeno Svedka
0.75 Part Grenadine
0.75 Part Grapefruit Juice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with grapefruit peel.

1 oz Blood Orange Juice
Directions:
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir to chill. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
0.75 oz The Glenrothes Select Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky
0.75 oz Sweet vermouth
0.75 oz Cherry Heering
0.75 oz Orange Juice
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange peel.

0.5 oz Solerno® Blood Orange Liqueur
3 oz Lemon Sour
0.75 oz Perfect Blood Orange Puree
3 Basil Leaves
1 Lime Wheel
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass. Garnish with lime wheel. Enjoy!

Pour the whiskey, blood orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup into shaker. Shake until cold. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with orange wheel. Enjoy!

.5 oz. St. Germain liqueur
.5 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. blood orange juice
½ tsp. grated ginger
4 basil leaves
Muddle blood orange juice and basil in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into a glass and garnish with a slice of fresh ginger.

4 Dashes Worcestershire sauce

Rim Glass Tajin spice
In a mixing glass muddle the sauces, spices and basil leaves. Add all remaining ingredients and roll back and forth with ice in a mixing tin. Pour over ice in glass rimmed with Tajin spice. Optional: Substitute V8 Light Mix for Bloody Mary Mix.

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Dry shake (no ice). Strain into a Collins glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with lemon wheel, basil leaf and serrano.
