Ingredients:

2 oz Vodka
.5 oz Chambord
10 Drops red food coloring gel
1 oz Lemon Lime Soda
2-3 (for garnish) Blackberries

Directions:

In a shaker, add two ounces of vodka. Mix in 10 drops of green and red food coloring. Pour in half an ounce of Chambord. Stir all the ingredients with a spoon until everything is completely mixed together.
Pour the mixture into a martini glass and top it off with an ounce of lemonade fizz.

Mix It Yourself:

1.5 CUPS TEQUILA
1.5 CUPS FRESH LIME JUICE
1 CUP POMEGRANATE SYRUP (SEE BELOW)
3 TEASPOONS ORANGE BITTERS
LIME WEDGES
BLACK LAVA SALT (AVAILABLE ON AMAZON) OR KOSHER SALT, FOR GARNISH
ICE

1. Spread salt in a shallow dish or plate; run a lime wedge around the rim of your cocktail glasses and then dip rims in salt to coat
2. In pitcher or punch bowl, add ice, tequila, lime juice, pomegranate syrup and bitters
3. Stir well and serve

To make the pomegranate syrup, combine ¾ cup unsweetened pomegranate juice with ¾ cup sugar in a small saucepan. Over medium heat, stir until the sugar dissolves. Let cool before using.

Muddle blackberries in a cocktail shaker. Add SVEDKA Citron, lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a blackberry and lemon wheel.

Muddle crystalized ginger them combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice and stir. Garnish with an additional lime wedge.

0.25 oz Ginger Simple Syrup
0 Ginger Beer
Garnish Lime

To a shaker filled with ice, add gin and simple syrup. Shake vigorously. Pour into a high ball glass filled with ice. Top with Ginger Beer and add garnish.

1.5 oz Gin
Lime Wedges
Tonic water

Add the gin to a highball glass and fill with fresh ice.
Top with tonic water.
Rim the glass with the lime wedge, then squeeze the lime wedges into the drink, drop into the glass and stir.

Bimini Gin, fresh lime, fresh basil, simple syrup 

In a shaker full of ice, add 3oz Bimini gin, the juice of one lime, 1/4oz simple syrup and a healthy handful of fresh basil leaves.  Muddle vigorously until basil is broken up.  Shake until very cold. Strain into a martini glass (should be light green in color).

1.5 oz Gordon's Gin
3 Strawberries (medium)
2 Wedges Lime
Crushed Ice
Mint

1. Muddle three strawberries, the juice of two lime wedges and a teaspoon of sugar with 1.5oz of Gordon's gin.
2. Pour the resulting mixture into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.

2 oz Gin
.75 oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker full of ice.
Shake until shaker is frosty
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy.

1 mint sprig
1 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 3/4 ounces Tanqueray London dry gin
1 ounce Audrey Saunders’ ginger beer

Garnish: mint sprig

In a shaker, muddle the mint sprig, simple syrup and lime juice.
Add the gin, ginger beer and ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

Directions:

Fill a wine glass with ice, add 2oz Gin Mare, 2 dashes Fee Brothers Mint Bitters, top with Fever Tree Cucumber Tonic. Stir gently. Garnish with cucumber wheel, mint sprig, and lemon twist.

1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
Ginger Ale (Quality Bottled)
Large Wedge Lime

1. Fill a high ball glass with ice
2. Pour in a shot of Jameson
3. Top up the glass with a good quality bottled ginger ale
4. Stir briefly to mix
5. Take a large wedge of lime, give it a squeeze and drop it into the glass
6. Roughly 1 part Jameson to 3 parts ginger ale, all parts refreshing

1 oz Lime Juice
1/2” Piece Fresh Ginger
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Spring of Rosemary,

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle ginger and lime juice until fine.
2. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients and shake until chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with rosemary

0.5 oz Agave Nectar
1 Inch Piece Cut Into 4 Slices Tumeric

1. Press the turmeric and ginger slices with a muddler in the shaker tin and add all liquid with ice
2. Shake to chill and then fine strain into a coupe glass
3. Garnish with an orange twist.

2 oz Milagro Reposado Core Tequila
1 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Peach Puree
2 Mint Leaves
1.5 oz Ginger Beer
1 Peach Slices

Puree a peach in a blender (yieald is about 3 oz per peach). Add ingredients except ginger beer. Shake and strain into rocks glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with peach slice.

Ginger Rabbit Cocktail

Mix It Yourself:

1/2 ounce star anise and black tea-infused simple syrup*
1 slice fresh ginger
1 strip lemon peel
2 ounces Basil Hayden’s bourbon
1/2 ounce Creme Yvette
1 dash Angostura bitters

Add the syrup and ginger to a mixing glass.
Twist the lemon peel over the glass to express the oils.
Drop the peel into the glass and muddle with the syrup and ginger.
Add the bourbon, Creme Yvette and bitters with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

*Star anise and black tea-infused simple syrup: add 1 black tea bag to 12 ounces warm simple syrup and let infuse for 12 minutes. Discard the tea bag and add 6 star anise pods, lightly crushed. Let stand 24 hours, then strain out the solids. Will keep, refrigerated in an airtight container, for up to 1 month.
