Mix It Yourself
1.5 oz Wiggly Bridge White Rum
1.5 oz Coco Lopez coconut cream
8-10 mint leaves
1 sprig of mint, as garnish
5 lime wheels, one as garnish
Put Coco Lopez, mint leaves, and 4 1/2 lime wheels to tumbler and muddle well. Add Wiggly Bridge Rum and ice to tumbler. Shake well. Double strain mint chunks and lime out with a hawthorne strainer and tea strainer into a collins glass. Fill glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with sprig of mint and a lime wheel.
