Mix It Yourself:

Ingredients:
2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
¼ cup of Celery Stems
¼ cup Arugula
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

Use a sharp knife or mandoline to thinly slice ¼ cup of celery stems and leaves. Set aside. To your shaker add the celery, ¼ cup arugula. Add ½ oz simple syrup and ½ ounce of fresh lime juice and muddle together until thoroughly bruised. Add 2 oz of Bombay Sapphire Gin and ice. Shake until very cold. Double-strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lime or an arugula leaf.

1.5 oz Haig Club SG Scotch
0.25 oz Green Tea
2 Dashes Orane Blossom Water

Built in a large tumbler on cubed (or hand-cracked) ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Green Tea
​1 Mint Sprig
​.5 oz Honey Syrup
​.5 oz Lime juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Mix and strain into a cocktail glass. Cheers!

Mix It Yourself:

2.25 Parts Grapefruit Jalapeno Svedka
2 Parts Bloody Mary Mix
1 Part Pickle Brine
2 Dashes Hot Sause

Build ingredients in pint glass filled with ice, and ʺrollʺ from one glass to another until cold and mixed. Garnish with a pickle, olive, and cocktail onion.
*Bloody Mary Mix Ingredients:
2 quarts Tomato Chilled Juice
2 tablespoon Hot Sause
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sause
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste.

3 Parts Cucumber Lime Svedka
Dash Celery Bitters

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a skewered cucumber slice and cocktail onion.

Mix It Yourself:

Ingredients:
1 Cup Pomegranate Juice
1 Cup Sugar
1 oz Pomegranate Molasses
1 Dash Orange Blossom Water
1 TBSP Overproof Rum (optional preservative)

Directions:
1. Dissolve the sugar and pomegranate juice in a saucepan over heat.
2. Slowly add the pomegranate molasses, being sure that it's being properly dissolved (and not burning on the bottom of the pan)
3. Get the mixture to just below boiling, add orange blossom water and rum (if desired).
4. Allow to cool and bottle.

Mix It Yourself:

1 oz Grey Goose Vodka
0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
3 oz Cranberry Juice
1 splash Orange liqueur

Fill glass to slightly above rim with cubed ice. Add all ingredients to the glass and stir slowly. Garnish with a fresh blackberry and a slice of lemon

2 oz Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
1 oz Fresh Ginger Syrup
2 Grilled Peach Slices
6 Mint Leaves
1 oz Ginger Ale
1 Pinch Grated Ginger
1 Rosemary Sprig
1 Grilled Peach Slices

Add all but SJ and ginger ale to glass and muddle. Add Sailor Jerry, pack with crushed ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with rosemary and slice of grilled peach.

Mix It Yourself:

2 CUPS BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
4 TANGERINES, CUT IN HALF
FRESH ROSEMARY, ABOUT 16 SPRIGS
SUGAR
ICE

Serves 8

1. Start grill
2. Pour a thin layer of sugar onto small side plate and dip the cut sides of the tangerines into the sugar
3. Place cast-iron skillet on heated grill and add 8 sprigs of rosemary; add sugared tangerine, cut side down
4. Cook until sugar becomes caramelized, 2-3 minutes; remove and let cool
5. Quarter the tangerines and place in a pitcher with 2 Tbsp. of sugar and muddle; discard cooked rosemary
6. Add rum and enough ice to fill pitcher; stir until chilled and serve with fresh rosemary garnish

1 CUP VODKA
? CUP ORANGE LIQUEUR
¾ CUP SPARKLING OR DRY WHITE WINE
1 CUP FRUIT PUNCH
? CUP LEMONADE
SLICED FRUIT FOR GARNISH

1. Pour all ingredients into large punch bowl or dispenser with spout and stir to combine
2. Add two trays of ice cubes
3. Serve as guests arrive in glassware of choice and garnish with your favorite fruit

1.5 Parts Basil Hayden's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
5 Cubes Guava
0.5 Part Lime Juice
0.25 Part Maraschino Liqueur
0.25 Part Anise Liqueur
1 Mint Sprig
1 Lime Wedge

Add guava cubes to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with several mint sprigs and a wedge of lime.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Golden Wat Cognac
6 oz Egg Nog
1 dash Cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg
1 Cinnamon Stick

Directions:

Combine Golden Wat Cognac and eggnog in shaker with cup of ice, shake lightly for 10 seconds. Pour into glass of choice, then add dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg on top. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Sugar
2 bottles (750 milliliters each) Red Wine
1 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Orange Liqueur
24 Oz Club Soda
2 Orange
1 Cup Blackberries

Directions:

  • Bring sugar and 1 ¼ cups water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and let stand 10 minutes.
  • Combine sugar mixture, red wine, orange juice, and liqueur in a large container; cover and chill 4 hours. Stir in club soda, oranges, and blackberries just before serving. Serve over ice.

TIPS:
Don't forget to allow plenty of time for the beverage to chill before your party (it's a great prep-ahead solution)!
Wait to stir in the club soda, fruit, and ice just before serving. You don't want the ice to water down the sangria in advance.
While I love how "spooky" the red wine looks, you can also make this sangria with white wine. Just make sure that you use orange and black fruit for that fun Halloween theme!

2 oz. Allen’s Cold Brew
.5 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
.25 tsp Vanilla Extract

 

Combine all ingredients and shake like crazy, serve over fresh ice in a rocks glass.

2 oz Ketel One Vodka
3 oz Apple Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Ginger, grated
4 oz Ginger Beer

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients save for the ginger beer in a cocktail shaker, and shake over ice.
2. Pour into rocks glasses and top with ginger beer.
3. Garnish with apple slices.

1.25 Parts Basil Hayden's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
2 Parts Iced Tea
0.5 Part Lemon Juice
0.5 Part Honey Syrup
1 Part Sherry
0.25 Part Bug Hill Farm Gooseberry Shrub

Combine all ingredients, with some ice, in a pitcher. Stir and serve. Optionally, garnish with lemon and fresh mint.

Ingredients:
Glass: coupe or champagne flute
1.5 oz Hardshore Original Gin
0.5 oz St-Germain Elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
Top with champagne

Directions:
Shake Hardshore Original Gin, St-Germain and grapefruit juice over ice and strain into glass. Top with champagne and garnish with grapefruit peel.
