Strawberry Pie Mousse? Pass the spoon. This Strawberries & Cream mousse will brighten up your day.

Ingredients

Strawberries, trimmed + more for garnish

½ CUP Sugar

½ TBSP Lemon juice

½ TSP Salt 3 Eggs, separated

3 TBSP Baileys Strawberries & Cream

1 CUP Heavy cream

1 ½ TSP Vanilla

Directions

Purée 1 pound of strawberries in a blender until very smooth, about 2 minutes; transfer to a 4-qt. saucepan. Add a ½ cup of sugar, a ½ Tablespoon of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of salt, and three egg yolks; whisk until smooth. Place saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer. Cook, whisking occasionally, until thickened, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in 3 tablespoons of Baileys Strawberries & Cream liqueur; refrigerate until cold, about 30 minutes.
2Whisk 3 egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form; add to strawberry mixture. Fold gently until combined; set aside. Whisk 1 cup heavy cream and 1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla in a bowl until stiff peaks form; add to strawberry mixture. Fold until combined. Spoon mousse into serving cups; chill before serving. Garnish with toppings and serve or refrigerate for up to one day.

Directions

Pour 2 oz. of Baileys Strawberries & Cream into a jar
Add two slices of pound cake, ½ cup of strawberries sauce, and ½ cup of cut strawberries
Top with whipped cream

Method:
Mix the lime juice, water and sugar syrup. Combine the mixture with

In an ice-filled mixing glass add Maker’s Mark Bourbon, peach brandy, peach puree, fresh lemon sour and bitters. Shake until well-blended. Strain into an ice-filled goblet. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
*Fresh lemon sour: Mix 2 parts freshly squeezed, filtered lemon juice with 1 part simple syrup.

*Gold gilded maraschino cherries:
1/2 cup maraschino cherries – Drain well, then dry on paper towels
1/4 teaspoon Gold Luster Dust –available at cake decorating stores or on-line.
Make the cherries in the container in which you are going to store them. It is important that the cherries are well drained. Place the cherries in the container and add the luster dust. Stir gently to coat cherries in gold. Store refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Press lemon and cilantro together in shaker. Add Ice. Add gin and beet juice. Shake vigorously. In Collins glass add 2 drops of Alice & the Magician. Strain shaker liquid into Collins glass. Fill glass with ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with cilantro sprig.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and add ice. Blend on high for 10 seconds or until consistent. Pour contents into a chilled Pilsner glass. Garnish with 1 pineapple leaf skewered in the center with 3 thin cut slices fror the center of a strawberry. Place the slices askew in front of the leaf and place on the rim of the drink next to a straw.
