Orange Creamsicle Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 2 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- To garnish orange zest & sugar
- To garnish orange peel
Directions:
Yields: 1 cocktail
Zest an orange and scrunch together with sugar to release the oils and create the rim mixture. Run a lime wedge along the rim of your glass and roll in the zest and sugar mixture. Fill glass with ice and set aside.
Add all tequila, cointreau, orange juice, cream of coconut and lime juice to a shaker with ice. Shake well until fully chilled and slightly frothy. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
