1.5 Oz Captain Morgan Caribbean Grapefruit
1.5 Oz Goya Guava Nectar
2 Oz Club Soda
0.5 Oz Lime Juice
1 Grapefruit Wedge
Directions:
In a tall glass, stir Goya guava nectar, Captain Morgan Caribbean Grapefruit Rum and lime juice
Add ice and top with club soda
Garnish with grapefruit wedge.

1 Oz Captain Morgan Loconut
0.5 piece Banana
1 Oz Coconut Cream
3 Oz Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Ice
1 Oz Simple Syrup
2 Slice Banana
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the banana slices and blend until smooth
Pour colada into a tall glass
Garnish with banana slices.

1 oz. Blood Orange Juice
A splash of Prosecco
Mix all ingredients, except the Prosecco, in a shaker with ice. Strain and top with prosecco. Optional: Garnish with orange slices. Enjoy!

1 oz Van Gogh Double Espresso

1 oz milk or cream
1 oz espresso, chilled
Directions:
Shake all ingredients very well with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and ground cinnamon.

2 oz Sparkling Water
1 tbsp Caramel Syrup
0.5 tsp Cinnamon

Pour the apple cider, sparkling water, caramel syrup, and cinnamon into a glass over ice and stir until combined. Cut the apple into slices and garnish with the sliced apples. Perfect for a lovely fall day!
1 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
1.5 oz Chilled Espresso or Strong Cold Brew Coffee
1 Frozen Banana
1 TBSP Coconut Milk
1 TBSP Cacao Nibs
1 tsp Agave Syrup
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Cut the banana into small slices and freeze overnight.
2. Let banana slices thaw for ten minutes, then blend with coconut milk, agave syrup and vanilla extract until creamy. Add cacao and blend on a lower setting.
3. Place a scoop of the banana ice cream in the center of a chilled martini glass.
4. Add the rum off to the side of the ice cream, then pour the chilled coffee over it.
1.25 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple
0.25 oz Dark Berry Liqueur
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
Top with Sparkling Wine
1. Place all ingredients in a shaker tin.
2. Add ice and shake.
3. Strain into flute and top off with sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.

3 cups Cranberry Juice
6 cups (four 12 oz bottles) Ginger Beer
2 cups Orange Juice

Nutmeg

Directions:
Add white rum, cranberry juice, ginger beer, and orange juice to a punch bowl and stir. Add spices to taste. Garnish punch bowl with orange slices and cranberries. Serve in a tumbler filled with ice and a cinnamon stick.

1 oz. Casamigos Blanco
1 oz. Peach Puree
2 Red Raspberries
Top off w/ chilled Prosecco or Champagne
Garnish: 1 Raspberry through skewer
Directions:
Puree a peach in a blender (yield is roughly 3 oz puree per peach). Combine all ingredients into tin shaker, except prosecco. Muddle fruit. Add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into champagne flute. Top off with chilled Prosecco. Garnish.
2 oz Casamigos Blanco
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Sugarcane Syrup
0.5 oz Cherry Liqueur
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8 - 10 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass. Add ice. Garnish with 3 fresh cranberries on a skewer and dill sprig.
2 oz Casamigos Blanco
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Sugarcane Syrup
2 Serrano Slices
Sugar
Salt
Tajin mixture
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle fruit. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8 - 10 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with blood orange wheel.
2 oz Casamigos Reposado
1.5 oz Apple Cider
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Agave Nectar
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Pinch Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8 - 10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with thin apple slice, thyme sprig, star anise and cinnamon sprinkle. This cocktail can also be served hot. No ice needed.
1.5 oz Casamigos Reposado
0.25 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Apple Cider
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Spicy Ginger Beer
Shake all ingredients with ice except ginger beer, strain over fresh ice, top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and ginger candy.
