Gin & Ginger

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Back River Gin
- 1 Lump Candied Ginger
- 4 oz Ginger Ale
- Lime
Directions:
Muddle crystalized ginger them combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice and stir. Garnish with an additional lime wedge.
