Spanish G&T
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bimini Gin
- 0.25 oz Lime Juice
- Top with 7 oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
- Garnish: Blood Orange Wheels
- Garnish: Lemon Wheels
- Garnish: Lime Wheels
- Garnish: Juniper Berries
- Garnish: Fresh herbs (basil, thyme, mint, rosemary, tarragon)
Directions:
1. Juice 1/4 lime into a wine glass.
2. Fill half the glass with ice.
3. Add the citrus wheels around the edge of the
glass.
4. Add the gin and juniper berries.
5. Add more ice.
6. Top with tonic water.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs.
