Pumpkin Spice Rum Punch

Pumpkin Spice Rum Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spiced rum
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 28 oz pumpkin puree
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • Garnish with cinnamon sticks

Directions:

Serves: 12

This is a batch recipe.

Combine the water, sugar, spices and vanilla in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer, then add the pumpkin puree, apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Once simmering again, add the spiced rum. Serve warm and garnish with cinnamon sticks.

Pumpkin Spice Dark 'n Stormy

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
  • 1 oz Pumpkin Butter Or Canned Pumpkin Pie Filling
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • Top with Goslings Ginger Beer
  • 1 (for garnish) Lime Wheel
  • 1 piece (for garnish) Candied Ginger

Directions:

Pour Pumpkin Puree, lime juice and 1 oz ginger beer into a collins style glass, churn with a bar spoon, add ice, top with the rest of the gingerbeer (make sure to leave room for the rum float). Give another stir to incorporate. Finally float rum on top.

Garnish: Lime wheel and crystallized ginger.

Fireball Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Ingredients:

Directions:

Place a saucepan over medium heat and pour in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, coffee, milk, and maple syrup. Stir until hot. Add whiskey and ladle into mugs. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with caramel sauce and cinnamon sticks. Serves 4.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Combined all ingredients into glass shaker. Stir with bar spoon for 30 - 40 seconds. Fine strain into an Irish coffee glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle nutmeg over top.
