2 Parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
1 Part Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar
Soda Water
Maraschino Cherries
Orange Slices
In a shaker full of ice, add Makers Mark Bourbon, fresh lemon juice and sugar. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda and garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
Ingredients:
1 L Maker's Mark Bourbon
1 Quart Milk
1 Quart Heavy Cream
2 Dozen Eggs
1.5 Cups Sugar
Garnish Ground Nutmeg
Separate eggs and beat yolks until creamy. Whip sugar into yolks. Beat whites until they stand in peaks, adding 1/2 cup additional sugar, if desired. Beat yolks and Maker's Mark Bourbon together. Add whites. Beat cream. Add cream and milk to mixture. Add nutmeg to taste, and garnish each cup with nutmeg. Makes approximately 24 servings.
Ingredients:
2 parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
½ part Lemon Juice
½ part Cinnamon Simple Syrup
¼ part Honey
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mug and stir well. Garnish with lemon wheel and fresh grated cinnamon or nutmeg.
To make cinnamon syrup, mix equal parts sugar and water with one broken-up cinnamon stick per 1/2 cup. Bring to a boil. Once sugar is completely melted, remove pan from heat and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Strain out cinnamon. Syrup can be stored up to three weeks.

0.5 Part Sweet Vermouth
1 tsp Maraschino Cherry Juice
Maraschino Cherries
Combine all ingredients over ice. Stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry (served up, no ice).

Stir Maker’s Mark, syrup and bitters with ice. Strain over large ice cube in a rocks glass. Freshly grate cinnamon over your cocktail. Garnish with orange peel and cinnamon stick.

2 tbsp Simple Syrup
1 Splash Water
1 Pinch Powdered Sugar
1 Sprig Mint Leaves
Mix together simple syrup muddled with mint, Maker's Mark Bourbon and distilled water. Fill glass with crushed ice and pour mixture over top. Sprinkle top of ice with powdered sugar. Garnish with a mint sprig. *Simple syrup: 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 cup distilled water. Heat to dissolve sugar, stirring constantly so the sugar does not burn. Set aside to cool.

Classic Old Fashioned: Dissolve or muddle sugar with a splash of water in an Old Fashioned glass. Fill glass ¾ full of ice. Add Makers Mark Bourbon and bitters and stir. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
Muddled Old Fashioned: Muddle sugar, bitters, orange, cherry and water in an Old Fashioned glass. Remove the orange rind and fill glass ¾ full of ice. Add Maker's Mark Bourbon and stir.

For Garnish Lemon Twist
Fill a rocks glass with ice and add Makers Mark Bourbon. Fill with equal parts soda water and ginger ale. Stir and garnish with a lemon twist.
1.25 Parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
Soda Water
1 Splash Cranberry Juice
1 Lime Wedge
Fill rocks glass with ice. Add Makers Mark Bourbon, fill with soda water and add a splash of cranberry juice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Orange Curaçao
Ginger Ale
Orange Wedge
Fill rocks glass with ice. Add Makers Mark Bourbon, a splash of DeKuyper Orange Curacao Liqueur and a squeeze of fresh orange. Top off with ginger ale. Garnish with an orange wedge.
1.5 Parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
1 Handful Mixed Berries
6 Each Mint Leaves
1 Part Simple Syrup
1 Part Lemon Juice
Lemon Wedge
Mint Sprig
Combine ingredients in mixing tin and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig.

2 parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
½ parts Lime Juice
4 muddled pieces fresh fruit or a squeeze of puree
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Ginger Beer
Muddle your fruit in a shaker. Add Maker's Mark, lime and bitters. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with fruit of your choice.
Ingredients:
1 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Amaro
1 oz Lime Juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake for 15 to 20 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon zest or a twist.
2 parts Maker’s Mark Bourbon
1/2 part Laphroaig Single Malt Whisky
1 part fresh lemon juice
1/2 part honey syrup*
1 disk fresh ginger
Candied ginger for garnish
*FOR THE HONEY SYRUP
2 parts honey
1 part hot water
To make honey syrup, add 2 parts honey to 1 part hot water. Mix until honey dissolves into a syrupy consistency. Add additional honey to taste.
Muddle ginger in shaker and then add Maker’s Mark, juice, honey syrup and ice.
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Top with Laphroaig.
Garnish with candied ginger.

Fill tall glass with all ingredients. Shake and strain over ice in highball glass. Salted rim is optional.

Build ingredients in a pint glass without ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.
