1.5 Parts Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes Bitters

1 oz Goslings Black Seal Bermuda Rum
1 oz Goslings Gold Seal Bermuda Rum
1 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur
1 oz Lemon Juice
Directions:
1. Shake ingredients over crushed ice.
2. Open pour (not strained) into a Collins glass.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge.

0.5 Part Orange Curaçao
0.25 Part Simple Syrup
0.25 Part Orgeat Syrup
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of mango.
Ingredients:
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 oz Bourbon
.5 oz Cherry Vodka
1 oz Maraschino Cherry
Fill glass with ice. Mix all ingredient in a shaker and pour into glass. Enjoy!

Peel Lemon
To a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Double strain and add garnish.
Ingredients:
2 oz Rum
2 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
1/2 cup Blueberries, plus for garnish
1 Tbsp Basil leaves, plus for garnish
1 Cup Ice
Instructions:
Combine the rum, lime juice, simple, blueberries, and basil leaves in a blender.
Pulse gently, until everything starts to come together and smooth out.
Pour into martini or coupe glass.
Garnish with blueberries and basil leaves on a martini pick.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups of blueberries
10 mint leaves
4 ounces of Blueberry Simple Syrup (we suggest Royal Rose Wild Maine Blueberry)
2 oz Bourbon
4 cups of ice
2 Mason Jars
Directions:
Mix Simple Syrup, Bourbon, Lime Juice and ice into shaker.
Divide and pour into mason jars.
Muddle mint leaves and blueberries and add to mason jars.
Garnish with Lime Wheel.

Ingredients:
10 oz Bacardi Superior
5 oz Lime Juice
8 tsp Demerara or Turbinado Sugar
2 cups Blueberries
25 Mint
Soda Water
Directions:
Add Bacardi Rum, lime juice, sugar and blueberries to a pitcher and muddle vigorously until blueberries and sugar are broken up and dissolved, respectively. Add the mint leaves and muddle gingerly to extract the mint oil from the surface of the leaves, making sure not to pulverize them. Strain contents into a tall Collins glass full of ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.

1 Cinnamon Stick
1 oz Brandy

Directions:
In a small saucepan set over medium high heat, bring the apple cider and 1 cinnamon stick to a simmer. Remove from heat and allow to infuse for 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick and return infused cider to the stove and bring to a simmer again. Remove the pan from heat and add the brandy.
To serve, pour into a mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange slice.
Non-alcoholic Maine Cidah
Ingredients:
1 cup Apple Cider
1 Cinnamon stick, plus more for garnish
1 Orange, quartered, plus slices for garnish
Instructions:
In a small saucepan set over medium high heat, bring the apple cider, 1 cinnamon stick and orange quarters to a simmer. Remove from heat and allow to infuse for 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick and orange, then return infused cider to the stove and bring to a simmer again.
To serve, pour into a mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange slice.

1.5 oz. Irish cream liqueur
3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Mix the Allen’s, Absolut vodka, and Irish cream liqueur with vanilla ice cream and crushed ice in a blender. Pour the mixture into a hurricane glass

1.5 oz Wiggly Bridge White Rum
4 lime half wheels
5-8 mint leaves
1 barspoon of sugar
8-10 Fresh blueberries
Soda water
1 sprig mint, as garnish
1 lime half wheel, as garnish
Directions:
Add sugar, mint, lime, and blueberries to small side of tin tumbler. Muddle very well. Add ice to tumbler, add white rum, and shake well.
Double strain into Collins glass (holding back blueberries, mint and lime). Add Ice to top of glass.
Fill remaining space with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint and lime 1/2 wheel.
2 oz Tequila
2 oz Lime Juice

Place 2-3 slices of Jalapeño in a rocks glass. Add a splash of lime juice and muddle. Add ice to your glass. Add tequila, lime juice, lemon juice, agave and orange juice. Pour into shaker and shake well. Fill your glass back up with ice and strain mixture into glass. Garnish with a lime and jalapeño.
2 oz Stroudwater Bourbon
½ oz Vanilla Bean & Orange Rind Simple Syrup
4 Dashes Sweetgrass Farm Blueberry Bitters
Moonshine Blueberries
In rocks glass, muddle 3 moonshine blueberries, bitters, and simple syrup.
Add ice and bourbon.
Pour mixture into shaker.
Use a spritz of water to remove muddled resin from bottom of glass and add to shaker.
Shake mixture vigorously and return to glass.
Garnish with orange peel and moonshine blueberry.

Fill a wine glass with ice and layer in Maker’s Mark, Aperol, lemon juice and syrup.

¾ parts Honey Syrup
¾ parts Lemon Juice
1 wedge Lemon
Add Maker’s Mark® Bourbon, lemon juice and honey syrup to an ice-filled shaker. Give it a good shake. Strain over ice into rocks glass. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Combine ingredients over ice in a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass neat or on the rocks. Garnish with a cherry.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
2 Parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
1 Splash Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Splash Simple Syrup
1 tsp Maker's Mark Kumquat Marmalade
In a shaker, place enough ice to half-fill a rocks glass, followed by 2 parts of Makers Mark Bourbon and splashes of fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously (until ice is crushed).
