2 oz Jameson Black Barrel
0.25 oz Pumpkin Syrup
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Sage Leaf to Garnish
1. Pour Jameson Black Barrel, pumpkin syrup, bitters over ice.
2. Stir and pour into rocks glass.
3. Garnish with sage leaf.

Take a large wedge of lime, give it a squeeze and drop it into the glass.

3 oz Medium Roasted Espresso Coffee
0.5 oz Demerara And Muscovado Sugar Syrup
1.5 oz Lightly Whipped Double Cream
1. Dissolve 2 parts Demerara sugar and 1 part Muscovado sugar in 3 parts of boiling water.
2. Stir the sugar syrup into the Jameson in a warmed glass.
3. Whip chilled double cream lightly until it starts to stiffen.
4. Brew a 45ml shot into your glass from your espresso machine.
5. Reload and brew in a second 45ml shot.
6. Pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
7. Garnish with a trimmed vanilla pod or a stick of cinnamon and dust with a grating of fresh nutmeg.

Put bourbon, honey, and lemon juice in a 6-ounce mug. Top off with hot water and stir until honey is dissolved. Garnish with a lemon peel (optional).

0.75 Part Sweet Vermouth

Combine ingredients in 3-piece shaker. Shake vigorously to chill. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Place mint leaves in an old fashioned glass and muddle with simple syrup. Fill glass with crushed ice and add bourbon. Stir until glass froths over. Garnish with mint sprig.

Combine ingredients with ice in an traditional glass. Garnish with an lemon slice.

Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and/or lemon peel.

0.5 Part Simple Syrup
1 tsp Absinthe
For Garnish Lime Twist
Give chilled glass an absinthe rinse and set aside. Stir other ingredients in a mixing glass, strain into the chilled glass and garnish. Squeeze lime (or lemon) twist over the drink to release its essences but do not drop twist into glass. Serve neat.

In a double old fashioned glass, muddle the mint and brown sugar. Add the blueberries and muddle again. Add crushed ice, peach nectar and Jim Beam Black®. Stir to distribute mint. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with blueberries and a mint sprig.

1 Cherry
Build over ice in a tall highball glass. Garnish with a cherry.
