Pink Sunset Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Aperol
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz orange juice
- 2 oz sparkling wine
- 1 ½ oz Waterloo Prickly Pear and Rose Gin
Directions:
Yields: 1 cocktail
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Aperol, lemon juice, and orange juice. Top with sparkling wine and gently stir. Float the gin over the top and garnish with an orange slice.
