Spirit Ingredients:

1/4 Cup
Tequila
2 TBSP
Cointreau

Food Ingredients and Preparation

Crust:
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers (about 100 grams)
1 stick of butter, melted
1 TBSP sugar

Filling:
1/4C Tequila
2 TBSP Cointreau
1 lemon, zest and juice
2 limes, zest and juice
5 egg yolks
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
A pinch of salt. 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350º.

Prepare the crust. In a food processor combine the crackers, butter and sugar. Process until the mixture turns into crumbs and press it in an even layer into a parchment lined baking dish (9” square pan is perfect for this). Bake for 15 mins, then let cool slightly.

In the meantime prepare the filling. In a measuring cup or a bowl combine tequila, Cointreau and citrus zest and juice. In another bowl  whisk together condensed milk and egg yolks. Pour the tequila mixture into the egg mixture and mix until smooth.  Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 15 mins. Cool completely. Place in the freezer for 2 hours. Sprinkle some flaky salt all over the top and serve.
