Maker's Penicillin

Make It Yourself

Ingredients:

2 oz
Maker's Mark Bourbon
½ oz
Islay Scotch Whisky
1 oz
Lemon Juice
½ oz
Honey Syrup
1 disk
Ginger
Candied Ginger

Directions:

To make honey syrup, add honey to hot water. Mix until honey dissolves into a syrupy consistency. Add additional honey to taste. Muddle ginger in shaker and then add Maker’s Mark®, juice, honey syrup and ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with scotch. Garnish with candied ginger.
