Ingredients
2 lbs of wings - drumettes and flats separated
1 Tbs canola oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup fireball, separated into 2 1/4 cup portions
1 tsp cinnamon, separated into 2 1/2 tsp portions
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt

Preparation
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl add canola oil, 1/4 cup fireball and 1/4 tsp cinnamon and mix together. Add the chicken wings and toss.

In the meantime, mix together the honey and the remaining fireball and cinnamon. Heat the honey in a saucepan for 2 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them on the serving dish. Top with hot honey, mint, almonds, crushed red pepper, and salt to taste. Wham, Bam - Hot Wings are served!
