Bimini Session Martini

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
- 1 oz Bianco Vermouth
- 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 Dash Grapefruit Bitters
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently for 1 minute. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Cut a piece of grapefruit peel with a vegetable peeler and squeeze it over the top of the drink to express the oils.
