Cognac Summit
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Parts Courvoisier Vsop Cognac
- 1 Lime
- 4 Thin Slices Ginger
- 2 Parts Lemon-Lime Soda
- 1 Long Slice Cucumber
Directions:
Prepare directly in the glass. Place the lime zest and ginger slices in the glass. Pour in 3/4 parts of Cognac. Lightly press the lime and ginger 2 to 3 times using a pestle. Half fill the glass with ice. Stir well for 5 seconds using a bar spoon. Pour in 3/4 parts of Cognac. Add lemon-lime soda and the cucumber peel. Stir well for 5 seconds using bar spoon.


Fireside Cocoa
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Jim Beam Kentucky Fire
- 3 oz Hot Chocolate
- 1 Marshmallow
- 1 Cinnamon Stick

The Honeymoon
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Apple Brandy
- 1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
- 1/2 oz Benedictine
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

the Fireside Vanilla Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Vanilla Syrup
- Top With Soda Water
- Garnish Grapes


Gordon’s Citrus
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Gordon's Gin
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Orange Juice
- Cinnamon
- 1 Orange
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with fresh ice and pour all the ingredients over it.
2. Shake vigorously for a minute or two.
3. Wet the rim of a rocks glass and place on a saucer of cinnamon to dust.
4. Then fill with cubed ice and pour over the contents of the cocktail shaker.
5. To garnish, add a thin slice of fresh orange.

Muy Caliente!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Bribon Blanco Tequila
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.3 oz Bauchant Orange Liqueur
- Lemon Juice
- 3-4 dashes Chamucos Jalapeño Hot Sauce
- 3 slices Cucumber
- garnish Orange

Pumpkin Bourbon Cider
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Basil Hayden's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 0.25 oz Sugar
- 0.75 oz Pumpkin Puree
- 6 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz Hard Apple Cider
- 1 Pinch Nutmeg
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
Directions:
Combine pumpkin puree, superfine sugar, sweet vermouth, bitters and lemon juice into a mixing glass. Stir until sugar is nearly dissolved. Add Basil Hayden’s Bourbon and ice. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with dry hard cider. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.

- 2oz Glenmorangie Scotch Whisky
- .5oz Amaretto Disaronno
- .75oz Lemon Juice
- .25oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
