Pecan Pie Martini
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Rumchata
- 3 oz bourbon
- 3 oz coconut cream
- ΒΌ tsp nutmeg
- 3 tbsp caramel
- toasted pecans
- Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon
Directions:
Yields: 3 cocktails
Pour caramel in one shallow plate, and chopped pecans in another plate. Dip the rim of each glass in the caramel first, and then into the chopped pecans to prepare 3 glasses.
Combine the Rumchata, bourbon, coconut cream, and nutmeg in a shaker with ice. Shake until cold, about 30 seconds. Pour into the prepared martini glasses and top each with a dollop of whipped cream, a whole pecan and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Crangria
Ingredients:
- 7.5 oz Elijah Craig Bourbon
- 2.5 oz Cherry Heering
- 2.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 5oz Cranberry Juice
Apple Fizz
Ingredients:
- 10 oz Plymouth Gin
- 2.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2.5 oz Lemon Juice
- For Garnish Apple
- For Garnish Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Bottle Sparkling Apple Cider
The Cider Mule
Ingredients:
- 2oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1.5oz Apple Cider
- .5oz Lime Juice
- Top With Ginger Beer
- A couple slices of Apple (for garnish)
