Pecan Pie Martini

Pecan Pie Martini

Yields: 3 cocktails

Pour caramel in one shallow plate, and chopped pecans in another plate. Dip the rim of each glass in the caramel first, and then into the chopped pecans to prepare 3 glasses.

Combine the Rumchata, bourbon, coconut cream, and nutmeg in a shaker with ice. Shake until cold, about 30 seconds. Pour into the prepared martini glasses and top each with a dollop of whipped cream, a whole pecan and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Makes 1 Pitcher (Approx 5 cocktails)
Add ice, bourbon, Cherry Heering, lemon juice and cranberry juice into a pitcher and stir mixture vigorously. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with cranberries and orange slices.

Apple Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz Plymouth Gin
  • 2.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • For Garnish Apple
  • For Garnish Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Bottle Sparkling Apple Cider

Directions:

Makes 1 Pitcher (Approx 5 cocktails)

Add ice, gin, simple and lemon juice into the pitcher and stir together. Once mixed, pour 3 ounces into a rocks glass with ice and top drink with sparkling apple cider. Garnish drink with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.

Cider Mule

The Cider Mule

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1.5oz Apple Cider
  • .5oz Lime Juice
  • Top With Ginger Beer
  • A couple slices of Apple (for garnish)

Directions:

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a copper mug or Collins glass. Top with ginger beer, stir gently, and garnish with a lime and/or apple.
