Bimini Snowbird
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Bimini Gin
- 1 oz Coco Lopez
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- Club Soda
- Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Combine gin, coconut, and lime in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 5 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a splash of seltzer or club soda. Using a dropper and a toothpick, “decorate” your cocktail with the Angostura Bitters.
Feliz Caliente
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Tequila
- .25 oz Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
- 4 oz Hot Water
- 1 Packet Hot Chocolate
- 1 small pinch Cinnamon
- 1 small pinch Chili Pepper
Directions:
Combine boiling water, hot cocoa mix, cinnamon, and chili powder in a mug. Stir to dissolve. Add the tequila and garnish with whipped cream.
Cozy Bourbon Fig
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Bols Orange Curacao
- 1 Fig
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
Directions:
1. Take the fig and slice it thinly. Leave a small piece for garnish.
2. Muddle the fig with the citrus juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
3. Add the spirits and shake over ice.
4. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the remaining slice of fig.
