Sip & sizzle

Fill a wine glass with ice and layer in Maker’s Mark, Aperol, lemon juice and syrup.
Top with Prosecco and garnish with an orange peel.

Directions:
1. Combine the vodka, gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a collins glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Place the jalapeño slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add the 1800 Coconut Tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, and a handful of ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime jalapeño slice or lime wedge.

01. Muddle limes wedges, simple syrup and sugar juice in the bottom of a double old fashioned glass.
02. Add ice and tequila and mix with shaking tin twice.
03. Top with more ice if needed.
