Mix It Yourself:
Ingredients:
1 oz Metcalfe's Vermont Blueberry Liqueur
1 oz Cointreau
1.5 oz Vodka
Mix all ingredients, except blueberries, in shaker with ice. Strain, serve and enjoy!

Directions:

* To make dark simple syrup, bring 1 part dark sugar (demerara, turbinado, brown) and 1 part water to a simmer on low heat and let cool.

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over a large ice cube or into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry and/or an orange peel.

Shake all ingredients except soda. Pour over ice in a tall glass. Add soda and stir.

1 Apple Slice
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in Midori®. Squeeze 1 wedge of lemon and drop into glass. Add apple cider to Midori, stir gently from the bottom of the glass. Garnish with apple or a lemon wheel and enjoy!!

Build into a tall glass, add ice and stir well. Top with ice and garnish with mint.

Combine Midori® and soda in a tall glass. Squeeze in a fresh lemon wedge, garnish with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig.

Pour in Midori® followed by orange juice. Top with the sparkling white wine. Garnish with a twist of orange peel

Pour Midori into a Champagne glass. Top with dry Champagne.

3 Parts Pineapple Juice

Pineapple Slice
Fill the glass with ice. Pour in Midori®, coconut rum, and pineapple juice. Stir gently from the bottom of the glass and top with ice. Layer cream on the top Garnish with a pineapple wedge/slice.

Tonic
Lemon Wedges
Pour ingredients in glass. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon wedge.
