Summer Peach
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Real McCoy 3-Year Rum
- 1 oz Limoncello
- 1 oz Peach Liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- Garnish: Grilled Peach
- Garnish: Thyme Sprig
Directions:
1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with
1 large ice cube. Shake thoroughly, for about 30
seconds or until the cocktail shaker feels cold to
the touch.
2. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with ice.
3. Garnish with a grilled peach.
