Spiced Hot Chocolate

Make It Yourself

Ingredients:

4 oz
Milk
2 oz
Dark Chocolate (finely chopped)
1.5 oz
Drambuie
.75 oz
Ancho Reyes
1 dash
Bitters

Directions:

In a small pot, bring the milk to a simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate, stir until melted

Add the Drambuie, ancho reyes and bitters, stir with a bar spoon. Pour into cup and garnish with marshmallows

Alternate (without ancho reyes)

2 cups milk
3 cinnamon
1/2 thai chilis

Use 4 oz infused milk
2 oz chocolate
1.5 oz drambuie
.75 oz white rum
1 dash bitters

Instructions

In a small pot, bring the milk, cinnamon and thai chili to a simmer. Remove from heat and infuse for 1 hour. Strain.
Return to a pan and bring to a simmer add the chocolate, stir until melted. Add the Drambuie, white rum and bitters, stir with a bar spoon. Pour into cup and garnish with marshmallows.
