

Salty Ginger-Ade (Mocktail)
Ingredients:
- 1 Date
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Pinch Cumin
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 6 oz Ginger Ale
Directions:
1. Add the date, salt, cumin and lime juice to a shaker. Let sit for 5 minutes, then muddle well so the date is pulverized.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled, then pour the contents of the shaker into a tall glass.
3. Fill to the rim with ginger beer and stir well to combine. Garnish with a mint sprig.
