Professor Blueberry's Mule

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 tbsp fresh blueberries
  • 6 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • ½ oz maple syrup
  • 6 oz ginger beer

Directions:

Yields: 1 cocktail

Combine the blueberries, lime juice, and maple syrup in a glass or copper mug and muddle. Add ice and vodka, then stir until fully combined. Top with ginger beer and garnish with fresh mint.
