Plum Amaretto Sour
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz bourbon
- ¾ oz amaretto
- 1 oz plum puree
- ½ oz honey syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz orange juice
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes bitters
Directions:
Yields: 1 cocktail
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10-15 seconds. Add ice, and shake again for another 15-20 seconds to ensure a nice foam. Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist.
