Pisco Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Dash bitters
Directions:
Yields: 1 cocktail
Add all ingredients except bitters to a shaker without ice. Dry shake for 15-30 seconds. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a glass. Top with three drops of bitters use a toothpick to drag through the drops, creating a heart design.
