Peach Cobbler Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
- 2 oz peach whiskey
- 1 oz amaretto
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- ΒΌ tsp cinnamon
- splash of vanilla
Directions:
Yields: 2 cocktails
In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until it's steaming, but not boiling. Whisk in the cocoa powder, brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth and fully combined. Stir in a splash of vanilla extract.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peach whiskey and amaretto. Pour into two mugs or thermal glasses and garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
