

Cold Brew Irish Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Irish Cream
- 3 oz Coffee
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1.5 oz Heavy Cream
- To Garnish Nutmeg
Directions:
Pour the whiskey, irish cream, cold brew and simple syrup into a bar glass half full with ice and stir for 30 seconds, or until well chilled.
Place the heavy whipping cream in a shaker and shake for 30 seconds or until it thickens. Gently pour over the drink and garnish with grated nutmeg.
