Grappa Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ oz grappa
- ¾ oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz espresso
- Splash of brown sugar syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans
Directions:
Yields: 1 cocktail
In a shaker, combine the grappa, coffee liqueur, espresso, brown sugar syrup, and a pinch of salt (if desired). Add ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Pour into a chilled martini glass and let the foam settle for a moment. Garnish with three coffee beans and serve immediately.
