Makes 2 drinks

In blender, combine:⁣⁠
6 fl oz (3/4c) Blood Orange Liquere⁠ by @fabrizia_limoncello ⁠
1 heaping cup ice⁠
BLEND for 5-10 seconds to incorporate ice, then add:⁠
2 containers (12oz) Watermelon Italian Ice by @luigisrealitalianice⁠⁠
8 fl oz (1c) seltzer, chilled⁣⁠
BLEND for 3-5 seconds, just until all ingredients are well-incorporated.⁠
POUR into glass and GARNISH with fresh mint, if desired. SERVE with a straw.⁠
