- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions:
Serves: 6-8
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Prepare an 8x8 pan, brushing the melted butter on the bottom and sides.
In a small bowl, add the blueberries, sugar, lemon zest, cinnamon and bourbon. Stir to combine. Pour into the prepared pan.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Gently stir in the milk until combined. Pour the batter on top of the blueberries, spreading to cover the fruit completely.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
