

Boulard Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Boulard Calvados VSOP
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dash Cardamom Bitters
Directions:
1. Add the simple syrup to a glass mixing glass, and add
a few drops of Angostura and Cardamom bitters.
2. Add 1 oz of the calvados (half), then ice.
3. Stir the ingredients in the mixing glass, then add the
second half of the calvados, more ice, and continue
stirring for about 30 seconds.
4. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
5. Garnish with a dried apple slice.
