2 oz. Gin
.75 oz. Honey/Mint Syrup*
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 dash Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake, then strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a few dried camomile buds.
*For the Honey/Mint Syrup brew a strong cup of herbal mint tea, I used two bags of Tazo brand herbal mint to 8oz. of water, and combine with an equal amount of raw honey.
