2 oz. Ketel One Grapefruit Rose Botanicals
.5 oz. Strawberry Syrup*
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
Top with ginger beer
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a wine glass with fresh ice, top with ginger beer, and garnish with skewered strawberries and blueberries.
*Strawberry Syrup recipe:
1 cup of Sugar
1 cup of Water
Preparation: combine all ingredients in a small pot and heat on medium, stirring to dissolve sugar. Once sugar is dissolved bring to a boil and then remove from heat. Let strawberries steep for 2-3 hours and then strain.
