Ingredients:

Combine ingredients except soda water and shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a large mint sprig.

Muddle mint, berries and simple syrup in a shaker. Add ice, vodka and lime juice. Shake well and strain into ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig.

Directions: Muddle mint leaves, lemon wedges, and simple syrup. Add rum and ice and shake vigorously for 5-10 counts. Shake lightly and strain over ice and into glass of choice. Top with sparkling lemonade. Garnish with halved strawberry and sprig of mint. *Garnish with fresh spanked mint, fanned strawberry & lemon twist

Coconut Mojito

Put Coco Lopez, mint leaves, and 4 1/2 lime wheels to tumbler and muddle well. Add Bacardi Rum and ice to tumbler. Shake well. Double strain mint chunks and lime out with a hawthorne strainer and tea strainer into a collins glass. Fill glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with sprig of mint and a lime wheel.

Kiwi Mojito

Kiwi Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Rum
  • 1.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 splash Club Soda
  • 3 Lime
  • Mint

Directions:

Muddle the mint, lime, and kiwi in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice (except club soda) into the shaker. Shake until cold and strain into a glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig. Enjoy!

Pomelo Mojito

Pomelo Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 oz White Rum
  • 10 Mint
  • 1 oz Lime
  • 1 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Club Soda
  • Edible Flower

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and lime wedge. Muddle the mixture well, breaking the mint leaves up into smaller pieces. Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice and sugar. Continue to muddle until well mixed. Add the rum and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. Pour into the desired serving glass with lots of ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and some edible flowers if you want to be fancy.
