Blueberry Hot Toddy Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Vanilla Bean
- 1 cup Hot Water
- 1 Tbsp Black Tea
- 0.5 Cup Blueberries
Directions:
Place the sugar, lemon juice, vanilla bean and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat. Add tea and steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain, return to the stove and bring to a boil.
Muddle the blueberries in a teacup, then pour the tea mixture over the top of the muddled blueberries.
Cinnamon Bonfire Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 1 cup Half And Half
- Third of a cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 0.75 tsp Cloves
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- For Garnish - Whipped Cream
- For Garnish - Cinnamon
Directions:
Serves 4:
Combine the milk, half & half, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, nutmeg and vanilla in a small saucepan set over medium heat, bring to a simmer. Once simmering, remove from heat and allow to cool. Once cool, place in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and pour into a glass over ice. Garnish with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
Raspberry Lime Rickey (mocktail)
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Raspberry Syrup
- 1.5 oz Orange Juice
- 4oz Sparkling Water
Directions:
Pour in lime juice, raspberry syrup, OJ, and ice cubes and stir.
Top with Sparkling water and garnish with lime wedges and raspberries
Raspberry Syrup
Ingredients:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
1 tsp juniper berries (crushed)
3/4 Cup Water
Instructions:
In a small sauce pot, combine the sugar, raspberries, juniper berries and 3/4 Cup water. Stir until sugar is dissolved and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes or until the raspberries break down, stirring often.
Use a spatula to press down on the berries to assist muddling the berries.
Strain with a fine mess sieve using the spatula to force it through until all the seeds are strained out.
Allow to cool.
