Raspberry Pomegranate Cosmo
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka
- 1 oz Pama Pomegranate Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
- 0.75 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup*
- Garnish: Sprig of Rosemary
- Garnish: Skewered Raspberries
Directions:
1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with 1 large ice cube.
Shake thoroughly, for about 30 seconds or until the cocktail shaker
feels cold to the touch.
2. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with skewered raspberries and rosemary.
*Raspberry Syrup
Ingredients:
6 oz Raspberries
0.75 Cup Sugar
0.75 Cup Water
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the ingredients and heat over medium-
high heat until simmering.
2. Gently mash the berries with a wooden spoon and let simmer until
the berries have disintegrated into seeds.
3. Remove from heat and strain out the seeds through a fine mesh
sieve. Discard the seeds.
4. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
Mon Cheri
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Bacardi Superior Rum
- 2 tsp Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup
- garnish Luxardo Maraschino Cherries
Coffee Brandy Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Allen's Coffee Brandy
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
The Spicy Scot
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup*
- 2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and shake, then strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, garnish by floating 2-3 dashes of Angostura on top with a cherry and orange twist
*Add one cinnamon stick and one rosemary sprig to one cup of water and bring to a simmer then add one cup of white sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved, once sugar is dissolved let cool until room temp, and then strain out rosemary and cinnamon
