Ingredients:

Directions:

Place the thyme and vodka in a shaker and muddle until combined. Add the Aperol, lime juice and ice to a shaker and shake for 30 seconds, or until chilled. 

Run a lime twist around the rim of a martini glass before straining the cocktail into it. Garnish with fresh thyme and lime.

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Lavender
  • 1 Lemon
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 6 oz Club Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • For garnish Lavender

Directions:

Ice Cube Instructions
In a medium heavy bottom pan, add the water, lemon juice and honey and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Once cooled, pour 1 Tbsp of the mixture into each cube mold in an ice cube tray. Sprinkle a pinch of lavender and lemon zest on top of each mold and place in the freezer for an hour or until frozen. Repeat in stages, until the ice cube trays are full, and freeze for an additional hour. If the ice cubes are not built in stages, the lavender and lemon zest will just float on top. This allows the flavors to be dispersed evenly, and the cocktail just gets better as you enjoy. 

Cocktail Instructions
In a shaker, combine the gin and lemon juice with plain ice, shaking for 30 seconds or until cold. Rim a glass with purple decorating sugar (optional). Pour over flavored ice cubes and top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of lavender.

Lavender Simple Syrup Instructions:
-1 cup water
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup dried lavender flowers

Combine the water, sugar, and lavender flowers in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer for 2 minutes, or until clear and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. Strain and refrigerate until needed.

Cocktail Instructions:
Add tequila, cointreau, lime juice and lavender simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled.

Freeze coffee in an ice cube tray for at least 24 hours.

Place a coffee ice cube in a coupe glass. Combine amaretto, vodka and kahlua in a cocktail shaker with regular ice and stir. Strain into a coupe glass and top off with half and half.

Garden Mint Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Soda Water
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1.5 tsp Sugar
  • 3-4 Mint Leaves (for Garnish)

Directions:

Cut the mint into small pieces that are easy to muddle. Then, muddle the mint, pure sugar and lime in a shaker. Once contents are muddled, add your favorite tequila, grapefruit and a splash of simple syrup with ice. Shake contents thoroughly. Add soda water to your shaker after you shake the contents to avoid a bubbly explosion. Strain out the mint and serve drink over ice in a highball whiskey glass. Top drink with a lime wedge and enjoy this fun twist on a mojito.
