Celeste's Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bimini Gin
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Directions:
Mix gin, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
