Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin
- .5 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 2.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
Directions:
Add the gin, St-Germain and grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Winter Citrus Punch
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Cup Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 0.5 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 Cup Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 1 Cup Club Soda
Directions:
Build in a bowl and add ice. Top with club soda and garnish with grapefruit, lemon slices, cracked pink peppercorn, and star anise.
Bourbon Figgy Stardust
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Maker's Mark Bourbon
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tbs Fig Jam
- dash Bitters
- 1 splash Grapefruit Juice
- 1-2 Figs (for garnish)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for fresh figs in a shaker. Pour into a glass and garnish with figs.
