Wild Maine Maple Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Maple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 2 oz Seltzer
- 1 Lemon
Directions:
1. Shake first four ingredients (egg optional) vigorously for 1-2 minutes. If using egg white, dry shake (without ice) first, then shake an additional time with ice.
2. Strain into coupe glass.
3. Top with Seltzer.
4. Garnish with lemon wheel.
