Strawberry Shortcake Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- ½ oz Malibu Rum
- 3 - 4 strawberries
- 1 oz heavy cream
- ½ oz vanilla syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
Directions:
Yields: 1 cocktail
Add strawberries to a shaker and muddle until fully broken down. Add vodka, Malibu, heavy cream, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, and ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and creamy, about 30 seconds. Double strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a strawberry.
