

Rum Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients:
- 1/8 Cup Spiced Rum
- 3 C fresh or frozen blueberries
- ⅓ C sugar
- 2 TBSP flour

Preheat the oven to 350
Make the blueberry filling by combining all of the ingredients and split the filling between oven-proof ramekins.
Make crispy topping by combining all of the ingredients and incorporating in the butter by mashing it into the dry ingredients with a fork. Top the blueberries with the topping and bake in a preheated oven for about 30 mins until the filling is bubbly and the topping is brown.
