Raspberry Shrub Cocktail

Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Shake the shrub, orange liqueur and vodka in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Strain into a tall glass with ice and top with club soda.

Raspberry Shrub:

1 Cup Raspberries
0.75 Cup Turbinado Sugar
0.33 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
0.66 Cup White Wine Vinegar

1. Combine 1 cup raspberries and 0.75 cup sugar in an airtight container. Refrigerate.
2. Allow the sugar to absorb the berries for 3-7 days. Stir occasionally.
3. Strain the berry solids from the mixture and discard them.
4. Stir the mixture until the sugar is well dissolved, then add vinegar.
5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
