Ingredients:
4 Anjou or local pears (not too ripe), diced
1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries
3/4 cup chopped candied walnuts
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola or Goat Cheese
1 grapefruit, segmented and chopped
2 tablespoons juice from segmented grapefruit
1/4 cup tequila
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Combine the chopped pears, cranberries or pomegranate seeds, walnuts, grapefruit juice, tequila, rosemary, cayenne and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Gently fold in the Gorgonzola. Serve immediately with your favorite grain cracker, veggie or chip combination.
