Directions:

1. Freeze the berry juice in a large cube or spherical ice mold overnight or until frozen solid. 
2. Place a berry juice ice sphere or cube into a chilled highball glass and add the vodka, orange juice, Aperol and Clement Creole Shrubb. Stir briefly and fill with club soda.
